【摘要】 目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高刮宫吸引头清洗合格率的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,选定主题,对刮宫吸引头清洗过程中存在的问题进行调查分析,运用品管圈管理模式和方法,针对问题制定相应的对策及整改措施并实施。结果:实施品管圈活动后刮宫吸引头清洗合格率高于品管圈实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用品管圈管理模式,可显著改善刮宫吸引头的清洗质量,规范清洗方法,提高临床满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in improving the qualification rate of curettage suction head cleaning.Methods: The quality control circle group was set up and the topic was selected. The problems existing in the cleaning process of the curettage suction head were investigated and analyzed. The management mode and method of the quality control circle were used to formulate corresponding countermeasures and corrective measures of these problems. Results: The qualification rate of curettage suction head cleaning was higher than that before the implementation of quality control circle,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The use of quality control circle management mode can significantly improve the quality of curettage suction head cleaning,standard cleaning methods and improve clinical satisfaction.更多还原
