【摘要】 目的:探讨间歇式充气加压仪在预防截石位手术患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的作用。方法:选择我院2015年1~12月实施截石位择期手术的患者100例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用医用加压弹力袜预防下肢深静脉血栓,观察组采用Kendall SCD自动充气加压装置预防下肢深静脉血栓。结果:术后3 d,观察组患者的下肢静脉的血流速度和血流量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d,观察组患者的血流速度和血流量均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d,观察组的深静脉血栓发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上,给予间歇式充气加压仪,有助于改善患者的静脉回流,对预防截石位患者术后DVT具有很好的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of intermittent pneumatic pressure instrument in prevention of deep venous thrombosis( DVT) in patients undergoing lithotomy postural surgery. Methods: Selected 100 patients who underwent elective lithotomy postural surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 and randomly divided them into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with medical compression stockings to prevent DVT of lower limbs. The observation group used Kendall SCD automatic inflating and pressurizing device to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs. Results: At 3 days after the operation,the blood flow velocity and blood flow of the lower limb veins in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). At 7 days after the operation,blood flow velocity and blood flow of the observation group were higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). At 7 days after the operation,the incidence of DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: On the basis of routine nursing,it is helpful to improve the venous return of the patients. It is worthy to be popularized and used in clinical application to prevent the postoperative DVT of lithotomy postural surgery patients.更多还原
