【摘要】 目的:探讨痛风性关节炎患者给予消炎膏敷疗并加入个性化护理的效果。方法:将2012年6月~2015年1月收治的风湿性关节炎患者随机等分成试验组和对照组,试验组给予消炎膏敷疗并加入个性化护理;对照组只接受消炎膏敷疗。观察两组患者的临床效果、病情缓解时间,并使用VAS评估患者的疼痛程度。结果:试验组患者疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),患者VAS评分明显比对照组患者低(P<0.05),患者的疼痛缓解时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:痛风性关节炎患者采用消炎膏敷疗并给予个性化护理可明显提高治疗效果,减轻患者的疼痛感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of giving antiphlogistin application therapy with additional personalized nursing to gouty arthritis patients. Methods: Randomly divided gouty arthritis patients admitted in hospital from June 2012 to January 2015 into experimental group and control group,gave antiphlogistin application therapy with additional personalized nursing to the experimental group; the control group only accepted antiphlogistin application therapy.Observed clinical effects and remission time of patients in the two groups,and assessed patients’ pain degree with VAS. Results: The curative effect of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),the VAS scores of patients was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group( P < 0. 05),the pain relief time of patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Giving antiphlogistin application therapy with personalized nursing to gouty arthritis patients can effectively improve therapeutic effect and relieve patients’ pain.更多还原
