【摘要】 目的:在于探讨焦点解决取向团体活动促进乳腺癌患者自尊建构的应用效果,构建一套改善乳腺癌患者自尊水平的团体活动模式。方法:选择2011年5月~2013年5月我院接受乳腺癌改良根治术治疗的患者60例,于治疗前组建"乳腺癌焦点解决取向团体",于入院后1~2 d,手术前1 d,手术后3~4 d进行团体干预。评估干预前后自尊状况。结果:焦点解决取向团体干预前自尊得分为(28.14±3.78)分,三次焦点解决取向团体干预后自尊得分为(32.24±3.44)分,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:焦点解决取向团体干预能够较快促进乳腺癌患者自尊的建构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of the solution- focused orientation group activities in promoting the self- respect construction of the breast cancer patients.Methods: Selected 60 cases of patients who had received the breast cancer modified radical operation therapy in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 and built a "breast cancer solution-focused orientation group" before the operation therapy.Made the group intervention at 1 to 2 days after patients’ admission into hospital,1 day before the operation started,and 3 to 4 days after the operation completed.Then made evaluation of their self- respect status before and after the intervention.Results: The self-respect scored(28.14±3.78) before the solution- focused orientation group intervention and scored(32.24 ± 3.44) after the three times of solution- focused orientation group interventions.The difference had statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The solution-focused orientation group intervention can promote the self-respect construction of the breast cancer patients at a relatively rapid level.更多还原
