【摘要】 目的:探讨咀嚼口香糖对经耻骨后前列腺根治性切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法:选择在我院行经耻骨后前列腺根治性切除术患者52例,随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组术后6 h开始咀嚼无糖口香糖4片,次日起每天3次,直至肛门初次术后排气;对照组给予常规护理,不咀嚼口香糖。记录两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、术后住院时间。结果:观察组首次出现肠鸣音及首次排气、排便时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:咀嚼口香糖可以促进经耻骨后前列腺癌根治术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短手术后住院日。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the function of chewing gums forthe gastrointestinal function rehabilitation after the radical retropubicprostatectomy.Methods: Selected 52 cases of patients who had underwent the retropubicprostatectomy in our hospital and equally divided them into observation group and control group at random.Each patient of observation group chewed 4 pieces of sugarless gums starting from 6 hours after the operation and three times per day from the second postoperative day until the first postoperative anal aerofluxus happened; the control group was given regular nursing without chewing gums.A record was kept of the postoperative borborygmus recovery time,first postoperative anal aerofluxus time,first postoperative defecation time and length of postoperative hospital stay of the two groups.Results: The first postoperative borborygmus time,first postoperative anal aerofluxus time and first postoperative defecation time of the observation group was evidently shorter than that of the control group( P < 0.05); the length of postoperative hospital stay of the former group is shorter than the latter group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chewing gums can help promoting the gastrointestinal function rehabilitation after the radical retropubicprostatectomy and shorten the length of postoperative hospital stay.更多还原
