【摘要】 目的:探讨模拟急诊出诊模式用于急诊护士院前急救培训的效果,提高急诊护士院前急救技能水平。方法:将2012年3月~2014年1月新入科护理人员17名作为对照组,进行传统的院前急救培训;将2014年2月~2015年4月新入急诊护士17名作为观察组,在院前专项急救培训后进行模拟急诊出诊模式进行培训。比较培训后两组护理人员急救理论知识及操作能力考核成绩。结果:培训后观察组护理人员急救理论和操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用模拟急诊出诊模式可以有效提高护理人员的急救技能,从而提高患者救治的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss simulation effect on emergency out-call mode in pre-hospital care training for emergency nurse to improve the pre-hospital care skill of emergency nurse.Methods:Took 17 new nurses working in the department in March 2012-January 2014 as control group to take traditional pre-hospital care training;took 17 new nurses working in the department in February 2014-April 2015 as observation group to simulate emergency out-call mode training after pre-hospital special care training.Compared the test marks of first aid knowledge and operational capacity of two group nurses after training.Result:The test marks of first aid knowledge and operational capacity of observation group were higher than that of control group( P < 0.05).Conclusion:The adaption of emergency out-call simulation could improve the emergency skill of nurse effectively so as to increase the treatment success rate of patients.更多还原
