【摘要】 目的:探讨气道高反应性与屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗全身不良反应的相关性。方法:选择2010年1月~2012年12月我院收治的变应性鼻炎、变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘两组患儿进行组胺支气管激发试验,测定其气道高反应性,常规实施标准化屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗,并观察治疗过程中全身不良反应的发生情况。结果:变应性鼻炎合并哮喘组有气道不良反应者较变应性鼻炎高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿气道高反应等级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气道高反应性与标准化屋尘螨特异性免疫治疗中的全身不良反应有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the correlation between airway hyperreactivity and the dermatophagoides pteronyssinus specific immunotherapy on systemic adverse reactions.Methods:Two groups of children patients with allergic rhinitis,allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January2010 to December 2012 were given histamine bronchial provocation test,airway hyperresponsiveness was determined,standardized dermatophagoides pteronyssinus specific immunotherapy was regularly carried out and the occurance of systemic adverse reactions was observed in the process of treatment.Results:Airway adverse reactions of the two groups with allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma were higher than that of allergic rhinitis and the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0.05);hierachical difference of airway hyperresponsiveness of the two children patients was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion:There are correlations between airway hyperreactivity and the dermatophagoides pteronyssinus specific immunotherapy on systemic adverse reactions.更多还原
