哈尔滨市工程抗震能力现状及对策研究
【摘要】 通过对哈尔滨市工程抗震能力的调查,了解城市抗震现状,找到城市抗震的薄弱环节,给出相应的建议和措施,不断完善和提高城市的综合防震减灾能力。
【Abstract】 Through the survey of Harbin engineering anti-seismic capability, understand the urban earthquake situation, find the weak link of urban earthquake, gives the corresponding Suggestions and measures, perfecting and improving the comprehensive ability in protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters of the city.
