【摘要】 目的分析永久性结肠造口患者自我护理能力与主要照顾者生活质量的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、自我护理能力测定量表、SF-36健康调查量表对138例直肠癌腹会阴联合切除永久性结肠造口患者及138例主要照顾者进行调查。结果永久性结肠造口患者自我护理能力总分为(115.09±24.55)分,患者总体自我护理能力1.5%为低等水平、53.6%为中等水平、44.9%为高等水平;主要照顾者生活质量明显低于国内常模(P<0.05)。永久性结肠造口患者自我护理能力总分及4个维度得分与主要照顾者生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、活力、总体健康及健康变化呈正相关(r=0.238~0.507,P<0.01)。结论永久性结肠造口患者自我护理能力与主要照顾者生活质量具有显著的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between self-nursing ability of permanent colostomy patients and quality of life of main caregivers.Method Investigate 138 permanent colostomy patients with rectal cancer after abdominoperineal excision and 138 main caregivers by general information questionnaire,self-nursing ability scale and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36).Result The total score on self-nursing ability is(115.09±24.55).1.5% of patients’ general self-nursing ability is in low level,53.6%is in middle level and 44.9%is in high level.Quality of life of main caregivers is obviously lower than domestic norm(P<0.05).The total and 4dimensions scores on self-nursing ability for permanent colostomy patients has positive correlation with physiological function,body pain,mental health,passion,general health and health change of main caregivers(r=0.238~0.507,P<0.01).Conclusion There is significant correlation between self-nursing ability of permanent colostomy patients and quality of life of main caregivers.更多还原
