【摘要】 目的调查中青年脑卒中患者配偶的抑郁现状,并分析其影响因素。方法对240名中青年脑卒患者配偶进行调查,调查工具包括配偶的一般资料问卷、Hamilton抑郁量表、社会支持评定量表、一般自我效能表、改良Rankin量表,其中改良Rankin量表和Hamilton抑郁量表由调查人员分别对患者和其配偶评估完成,其余内容由患者配偶自行填写完成。结果患者配偶Hamilton抑郁量表评分平均为(19.85±9.37)分,<8分29人(12%),8~20分110人(46%),>21分101人(42%);经多因素Logistic回归分析,配偶的文化程度、家庭年收入、社会支持度、一般自我效能及患者的Rankin量表评分是患者配偶抑郁水平的重要影响因素。结论中青年脑卒中患者配偶抑郁的发生率较高,应根据其抑郁发生的影响因素采取积极措施提高其心理健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present status of depression for young and middle-aged stroke patients’ spouses and analysis on influencing factors.Method Investigate 240 young and middle-aged stroke patients’ spouses by general information questionnaire,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)and Modified Rankin Scale.Modified Rankin Scale and HAMD are filled through evaluations on patients and their spouses by investigators.Others are filled by spouses.Result Average score of HAMD is(19.85±9.37).29spouses(12%)get less than 8.110spouses(46%)get 8~20.101(42%)get higher than 21.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis shows that education level,family income,social support level,general self-efficacy and score on Rankin Scale are important factors of spouses’ depression.Conclusion There is a high incidence of depression among young and middle-aged stroke patients’ spouses.Measures should be taken according to its causes to improve their mental health level.更多还原
