腰椎手术机器人系统研究
Review of robotic systems for lumbar spine surgery
【摘要】 手术机器人是机电一体化的典型代表,能够显著提高手术的精度和稳定性.伴随着计算机技术和人工智能的发展,现已成为世界各国的研究热点.腰椎是人体脊柱的一部分,特殊的结构使得腰椎手术风险大,对手术安全性要求高.近年来,多种不同的机器人系统被应用于腰椎的手术中.讨论了当前可用于腰椎手术的机器人系统现状,对它们各自的结构、功能进行了简要介绍,并对存在的问题和未来的发展方向做了简明阐述.
【Abstract】 As a typical representative of mechatronics,surgical robot can increase the precision and stability significantly. Lumbar is part of spine and its special structure makes the operation dangerous and sensitive. Various robotic systems came into application in lumbar spine surgery. This paper aimed to show the current state of surgical robots for lumbar spine surgery,including the structures and functions. Moreover,the problems remained and the development directions in the future were showed.
