【Abstract】 Administrative powers and academic powers are two major powers in higher education institutions. The relationship between them is always a hot topic in academic circle. By using Game Theory as a tool,the game conditions in different situations and the effect of overall college organization efficiency by their diversified strategies are analyzed. As a result,it is concluded that decentralization and balance is the best strategy to get rid of Prisoner’s Dilemma and achieve Pareto optimality.更多还原
