【摘要】 国家十分重视高校经济困难学生资助工作,对高校经济困难学生资助的投入逐年增加,特别是2007年开始实施一系列高校学生资助新政策以来,对高校经济困难学生资助的投入更是大幅度地提高。新资助政策保证经济困难学生学习和生活的基本经济需求,但家庭经济困难学生仍有较大的经济压力,与此同时,资助工作中又存在国家助学贷款盈余的矛盾。当前,资助工作应通过拓展社会捐助资金来源,实现资助体系的最优化组合,加强个性化资助,以及自强自立的思想观念教育来增强资助效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The state council has spent more money on financial aid on needy undergraduates since 2007 when new policies on student financial aid drew up by the ministry of education and the ministry of finance.The new policies can basically guarantee the poor students’ financial need,but some of them are still needy at different degrees,while there is more loan for poor students than they in fact supply for at the same time,so there is a contradiction in the work of financial aid.Therefore,new approaches should be tried to get more private financial aids,the structure of undergraduate financial aid should be improved,personalized assistance should be strengthened,and sense of self-sufficiency should be developed among the needy students to improve the effectiveness of financial aid.更多还原
