【Abstract】 As the national strategy,"one belt,one road"aims at promoting economic integration in Eurasian zone and connects Europe with Asia tightly. As a part of Silk Road,Longjiang Silk Road,especially Heilongjiang Province,located in the forefront of the Sino-Mongolia and Russia economic corridor construction,in which the export-oriented enterprises have entered a major historical phase of developmental opportunity. In order to promote the economic transformation of Heilongjiang Province,it is important to facilitate the benign interaction and make the complementary of advantages between the personnel cultivation of business English major ad local export-oriented economy. Based on the college-enterprise interaction teaching practice,business English major of higher normal university takes its disciplinary advantage of "multiple integration". As the starting point and foot holding of business English major,the demand of export-oriented enterprises needs to integrate tightly with the demand of actual development in Heilongjiang in accordance with " Omni direction and diversification" opening up policy. Making full use of complementary advantages between college and enterprise constructs the teaching practice system which is focusing on professional ability. Abiding by three personnel cultivated ways including college-enterprise interaction,deeper integration and driven collaboration and opening,systematic and comprehensive teaching practice platform,advanced internationalized personnel could be cultivated in accordance with the development of regional economy.更多还原
