【摘要】 在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的总体战略部署和习近平总书记提出的"大力培养造就一支高素质教师队伍"目标引导下,审视我国教师精神培育的现状发现,仍存在亟须解决的问题。在反思问题的基础上,以苏霍姆林斯基的教师观为参照,提出"123"精神的理论构想,即一份爱的投入、两份情的融合、三种育的参与,进而提出对教师的实践要求——投入爱的要素,融入激情与温情的要素,融合宽松教育、无为教育和针对教育的要素,阶梯性、循环性地指导教育教学全过程,以期提升教师整体的业务素质与水平,加快建设高素质教师队伍的进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking into consideration the overall strategic deployment in our National Plan for Reform and Development of Medium and Long- term( 2010- 2020) and the goal of cultivating teaching staff of high quality proposed by our General Secretary Xi,we review our current situation of teachers’ spirit cultivation and find that there are still some problems to be solved. With reference to Sukhomlinskii’s concept of teacher,we propose spirit 123 as the solution to the existing problems. Spirit 123 consists of the contribution of a kind of love,the fusion of two kinds of feelings and the participation of three ways of education. And then we propose practical requirements for teachers,that is,contributing their love,conjoining enthusiasm and tenderness. In addition,teachers should create comfortable and relaxing classes atmosphere,make students take their own course,and instruct the whole teaching process gradually and circularly. Only in this way can teachers’ overall quality and level be improved. Then,the process of constructing teaching staff of high quality can be accelerated.更多还原
