【摘要】 在新的就业形势下,大学生职业发展与就业创业指导课程教学(以下简称"课程教学")得到各高校的普遍关注和重视。受各种因素制约和影响,"课程教学"还存在诸多问题,在一定程度上影响"课程教学"的质量和效果。为此,高校要突破传统教学理念,从制定整体规划、加强师资队伍建设、改进教学内容、突出教学重点等四个基本维度出发,不断提升"课程教学"的质量和水平,提高大学生就业创业的能力,促进大学生职业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Given the new employment situation,widespread attention has been attached to curriculum teaching on college students’ career development and employment entrepreneurship( hereinafter referred to as curriculum teaching) by most colleges and universities. However,many problems conditioned by various factors have influenced the quality and efficiency of curriculum teaching to some extent. Therefore,in term of these four primary dimensions: formulating overall planning,strengthening relevant faculty,improving teaching content and highlighting key points of teaching,colleges and universities need to break through traditional teaching ideas and constantly improve the quality and level of curriculum teaching to enhance the employment entrepreneurship ability of college students and promote their career development.更多还原
