【摘要】 美国高校教育管理体系构建特征表达出民主型与阶段性管理体系构建基本特征。中国高校教育管理体系则是以科学型发展为核心,将总结性质量管理、多角度评价及机制化发展为主体,表达出教育管理体系构建的代表性特征。立足两国高校教育管理体系发展的主要特征,将其进行全面融合,形成全球化发展新目标与新趋势,对两国高校教育管理体系构建要素形成科学整合与创新发展,顺应未来高等教育全新发展方向。研究表明,将特征性构成要素作为全球化融合的衔接点,能够体现出中美两国高校教育管理体系构建的具体先进性,并能够将其内在发展价值充分放大,从而开创高校教育管理体系构建新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The American education management system in colleges and universities is featured with democracy and gradation.While the Chinese higher education management system is centered on scientific development,and takes the summative quality management,multi- perspective evaluation and institutionalized development as its mainstay,which are the representative features of the educational management system. Based on these features of development of American and Chinese higher education management system,this paper attempts to integrate the features together fully to set new goals and new trends for the development of globalization,and proposes scientific integration and innovative development of the constructive elements in the two higher education management systems,thus to comply with the new development trend of higher education. According to the research,constructive elements can be the convergence points of global integration,show the advancement of the integrated construction of the two higher education management systems,and can play their inner development values to the maximum,thus to provide a new idea in constructing higher education management system.更多还原
