【摘要】 针对目前高校教学督导工作存在的问题,提出对高校教学督导工作的规范建议:国家出台《高校教学督导工作条例》;建立高校教学督导人员资格证制度,以提高高校教学督导人员的整体素质;对高校教学督导工作进行评估。在规范的基础上提出高校教学督导工作的创新点:创新高校教学督导人员的理念;创新高校教学督导人员队伍结构;创新高校教学督导工作模式,采取差异性教学督导工作模式、变"督导"为"导督"的工作模式、承包制教学督导工作模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching supervision work in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the suggestions for the specification of the teaching supervision work in colleges and universities. Our state should issue Regulations on the Teaching Supervision Work in Colleges and Universities; the personnel qualification system of teaching supervision in colleges and universities should be built in order to improve the overall quality of the teaching supervision personnel; the teaching supervision work should be evaluated. Based on the specification of the teaching supervision work,this paper then puts forward the suggestions for its innovation: innovate the teaching supervision personnel concept; innovate the teaching supervision personnel structure; innovate the teaching supervision work mode; use the differential teaching supervision work patterns; change the"Supervision"work mode to"guidance"work mode and establish a contract system teaching supervision work mode.更多还原
