【摘要】 介绍了一种具有物联网功能的医用恒温反应箱.该系统包括:触摸屏人机接口、温度传感器、加热/制冷片、循环泵和Wi Fi接口.该系统能够对箱内温度实现自动控制和调节、实时故障报警及无线数据传送.通过构建无线网络,实现了智能手机对该控制系统的远程实时监控.在进行测试前,对温度传感器进行了标定实验.然后,进行12次重复实验,每次实验,连续运行48 h,并将历史数据存贮在触控屏和智能手机的存储卡中.实验结果表明:箱内温度可以稳定在设置温度,系统分辨率±0.3℃.

【Abstract】 Using the technique of Io T(Internet of Things),a medical temperature controller is introduced in this paper.The system consists of a touch-screen-based HMI(Human Machine Interface),temperature sensors and thermoelectric cooler/heater as well as a water pump and one Wi Fi interface.Several functions were integrated into the system such as temperature automatic adjustment,real-time fault alarm and wireless communication.By establishing the wireless Ethernet,remote control and monitor was implemented with the help of smart mobile phones.Prior to further system evaluation,calibration experiments of temperature sensors were carried out.After that,twelve 48-hour repeating trials were launched to attest the efficacy and stability of the system.Historical data were stored in the memory cards of the smart phone and the touch screen.Based on statistical analysis,the developed controller has the capacity of stable temperature adjustment with the range of standard deviation ± 0.3℃.
