电子商务供应链逆向物流的LIRP问题研究

【摘要】 为了提高电子商务供应链整体运作效率,从车辆配送路径角度,研究结合正向物流配送和逆向物流回载的闭环供应链运输策略,考虑回载产品的可分批运输特性,增加客户点、配送中心库存限制以及惩罚机制,建立集成选址-路径-库存问题的非线性混合整数规划模型,设计了两阶段启发式算法先选址分组,再安排路径-库存求解,采用改进的禁忌搜索算法优化最优解.通过仿真结果分析,所提出策略的可行性和实用性.

【Abstract】 In order to improve the overall operational efficiency of e-commerce supply chain,the article studies closed-loop supply chain transport strategy by the angle of vehicle routing which combines with forward logistics distribution and reverse logistics backhaul; consider backhaul transport characteristics of the product batches,we build integrated location-routing inventory problem of nonlinear mixed integer programming model by increasing a customer,distribution center inventory constraints and punishment mechanism; then we design two phase heuristic algorithm for the first location packet,arrange routing inventory solution,and use the improved tabu search algorithm to optimize the optimal solution. By analyzing the simulation results,the feasibility and practicability of the proposed strategy are analyzed.
