【摘要】 目的探讨基于智谋概念的团体辅导对乳腺癌患者心理状况的影响,为乳腺癌患者的康复护理模式提供依据。方法采用随机数字表法,将324例乳腺癌患者分为干预组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在此基础上成立干预小组,进行团体辅导前准备,并制订基于智谋概念的团体辅导方案,分为4个阶段循环进行团体辅导。结果干预后干预组患者的智谋总分、个人智谋和社会智谋评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于智谋概念的团体辅导能有效提高乳腺癌患者个体的认知行为技能,有效运用个人内外部资源,促进健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of group counseling based on intelligent concept on psychological status of patients with breast cancer,so as to provide scientific reference for the rehabilitation nursing model of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 324 patients with breast cancer were randomly assigned to control group and intervention group.Control group received conversational care.Intervention group received group counseling based on intelligent concept.The intervention was divided into four stages and progressed in a loop.The resourcefulness scale(RS) was used to evaluate the effect before and after the intervention.Results Intervention group had higher total scores of resourcefulness,higher average scores of personal and social resourcefulness than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The group counseling based on intelligent concept can effectively enhance personal cognitive and behavioral capabilities of breast cancer patients,help them make full use of their internal and external resources and finally promote health.更多还原
