【摘要】 目的探讨专项培训对提高基层医院急诊护士规避医院暴力行为能力的影响。方法选取基层医院急诊科护士103名,对其进行规避医院暴力的理论和技能培训,调查培训前后护理人员遭受医院暴力的频次、对医院处理暴力事件的认知及心理健康水平。结果培训后护士遭受医院暴力频次降低;护士对暴力事件态度及措施的认知程度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05);护士的心理健康水平改善(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科护士进行规避医院暴力的专项培训,能降低医院暴力的发生率及严重程度,提高护理人员的心理健康水平,提高护士对医院处理暴力事件的认可程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of special training on avoiding work- place violence of emergency nurses in primary hospitals.Methods Totally,103 emergency nurses in a primary hospital were selected and trained about theory and technique on avoiding work- place violence. The frequency of suffering work- place violence,cognition on dealing with work- place violence and mental health level of nurses were investigated before and after training. Results After training,the frequency of work- place violence towards nurses decreased,the attitude and the cognition of measures on violence improved( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05),and mental health level of nurses improved( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The special training on avoiding work- place violence of emergency nurses can decrease the incidence and severity of work- place violence,improve mental health level of nurses and cognition on dealing with work-place violence.更多还原
