【摘要】 文章基于社会网络分析与共词分析法定量结论中的国内外护理管理研究热点,结合国情对卫生事业发展形势导向下的医院护理管理长效机制建立、突发事件紧急救援与军事卫勤保障护理管理、护理信息系统在护理管理研究中的应用3个方面进行系统分析,提出护理管理理论的自主创新不够、护理管理研究的实证基础薄弱、护理管理研究的成果效应不显著等是护理管理者需关注和改进的问题,并对我国护理管理研究的前景进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on social network analysis and co- word analysis,focusing on the research of domestic and international nursing management hot issues,the paper systematically analyzed and described the health service,which included how to build up long term mechanism of hospital nursing management under the situation,the nursing management in emergency rescue and military health service,and the application of nursing information system in nursing management research. It was suggested that nurse manager should focus on and improve the situation,such as lacking of independent innovation in nursing management theory,weakness of empirical study of nursing management research foundation,and inapparent effect of nursing management research.
