【摘要】 目的了解中老年住院冠心病患者疾病相关健康素养与社会支持的现状。方法运用冠心病健康素养问卷、社会支持量表对乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院190例冠心病患者进行调查。结果中老年住院冠心病患者健康素养总分为(74.83±31.89)分,处于较低水平;社会支持总分为(42.01±9.16)分,处于中等水平;冠心病健康素养与社会支持的相关系数为0.684。结论住院冠心病患者冠心病健康素养较低,且社会支持与健康素养水平呈正相关。在中老年住院冠心病患者健康促进过程中,应重视社会支持系统对冠心病健康素养的积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of health literacy and social support among the middle- aged and elderly hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totally,190 patients with coronary heart disease in a 3A- level hospital of Urumq city were surveyed with Coronary Heart Disease Health Literacy Questionate,Social Support Scale. Results The score of health literacy score was( 74. 83 ± 31. 89),which was at a low level. The social support score was( 42. 01 ± 9. 16),which was in a moderate level. The correlation coefficient of health literacy with social support was 0. 684. Conclusion The middle- aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease show lower health literacy.
