【摘要】 目的探讨血清载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)水平与糖尿病肾病患者之间关系。方法选取198例糖尿病患者,分为糖尿病肾病组86例,糖尿病不伴肾病组112例;另选取120名健康体检者作为对照组。采用ELISA法测定ApoA5水平,并进行相关性分析。结果糖尿病肾病组血清ApoA5水平低于糖尿病不伴肾病组,又都低于健康对照组水平,三者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清ApoA5水平是糖尿病肾病的重要危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between apolipoprotein A5 and diabetic nephropathy. Methods ELISA assay was applied to test serum apolipoprotein A5 levels,which were determined in 198 diabetics( 86 cases with diabetic nephropathy respectively) and 120 healthy controls. Univariate linear regression analysis is maked concurrently. Results There was a significant difference( P < 0. 05) of apolipoprotein A5 levels among the healthy controls,the diabetics without diabetic nephropathy,and the diabetics with diabetic nephropathy,in a degressive serum concentration. Conclusions The study suggested that apolipoprotein A5 might be an important independent risk factor to diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
