【摘要】 目的研究根除幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,HP)对消化性溃疡患者胃泌素表达水平的影响。方法随机选取2013年1月~2015年1月入住消化科进行治疗的消化性溃疡患者81例,根据治疗后HP根除情况将患者分为HP根除组和HP未根除组,对比两组患者胃泌素分泌水平和胃泌素基因表达水平。结果 HP根除组胃溃疡患者治疗前胃泌素分泌水平和基因表达水平分别为(38.3±9.8)pmol/L和(0.38±0.12)ug/gpro,治疗后显著降低为(29.6±8.7)pmol/L和(0.24±0.01)ug/gpro(P<0.05);HP未根除组胃溃疡患者治疗前胃泌素分泌水平和基因表达水平分别为(40.1±10.4)pmol/L和(0.42±0.13)ug/gpro,治疗后显著降低为(37.2±11.3)pmol/L和(0.38±0.04)ug/gpro。结论消化性溃疡患者HP感染可以改变胃泌素分泌及基因表达水平,根除HP有助于降低消化性溃疡患者胃泌素及其基因表达水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the eradication of Helicobacter pylori( Helicobacter Pylori,HP) on the expression of gastrin in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital81 patients with peptic ulcer treated patients,according to the HP eradication patients were divided into HP group and HP eradication non eradication group,compared two groups of patients with the secretion of gastrin and gastrin gene expression level.
