替代燃料对航空发动机燃烧室性能影响的计算研究

【摘要】 为探索用其他燃料替代航空煤油的可行性,从航空发动机燃烧性能的角度出发,研究了燃用其他燃料对燃烧室性能的影响。在不同燃烧工况下,利用流体计算软件FLUENT模拟计算得到航空煤油、轻柴油、工业酒精的燃烧性能。结果表明:从燃烧的角度来看,轻柴油的燃烧性能与航空煤油的差别不大,可直接替代航空煤油或与航空煤油混合使用;工业酒精与航空煤油的燃烧性能差距很大,用作航空发动机燃料还需深入研究。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the feasibility of aviation alternative fuel,the influence of the alternative fuel on the combustion performance was investigated. FLUENT fluid computing software was used to simulate different alternative fuels on the combustion properties. For gas turbine combustor under different conditions in the burning of aviation kerosene, light diesel oil or industrial alcohol were simulated, the combustion performance of different fuels was given. The result shows that there is no difference between aviation kerosene and light diesel oil, light diesel oil can be used directly or combining with aviation kerosene by engine combustor from the view of engine combustion performance. There is a wide gulf between the aviation kerosene and the industrial fuel alcohol, it is needed an indepth study for the technology on changing fuel from aviation kerosene to industrial alcohol.
