心房纤颤发生机制及相关microRNAs的研究进展

【摘要】 房颤是临床中最常见的心律失常,可引起心血管疾病恶化和增加患者死亡率,其机制目前尚未完全明确。microRNAs在房颤方面的研究结果有助于了解房颤的分子机制,为房颤机制的研究与防治提供了新的前景。本文简要叙述房颤的几种机制和与之相关的MicroRNA的特点、功能以及作用机制,同时对它们之间的关系进行分析。

【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia in clinic, which can cause the deterioration of cardiovascular disease and increase the mortality of the patients. The mechanism is not yet clear. The results of micro RNAs in the study of atrial fibrillation are helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of atrial fibrillation, which provides a new prospect for the study and prevention of atrial fibrillation. This paper briefly describes the mechanism of atrial fibrillation and the characteristics, functions and mechanisms of some related MicroRNA, and analyzes the relationship between them.
