【Abstract】 Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia in clinic, which can cause the deterioration of cardiovascular disease and increase the mortality of the patients. The mechanism is not yet clear. The results of micro RNAs in the study of atrial fibrillation are helpful to understand the molecular mechanism of atrial fibrillation, which provides a new prospect for the study and prevention of atrial fibrillation. This paper briefly describes the mechanism of atrial fibrillation and the characteristics, functions and mechanisms of some related MicroRNA, and analyzes the relationship between them.更多还原
