【摘要】 目的:观察益阳颗粒对肾阳虚大小鼠模型的药理作用。方法:考察益阳颗粒对去势雄性大鼠的生殖系统的影响;采用肌注氢化可的松造成肾阳虚证小鼠模型,考察益阳颗粒的药理作用。结果:益阳颗粒能显著增加去势大鼠的包皮腺、精囊腺-前列腺和肛提肌指数(P<0.01),并能延长阳虚小鼠耐低温游泳时间和精囊腺-前列腺指数(P<0.05)。结论:益阳颗粒对去势大鼠和肾阳虚证小鼠有一定的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence of yi-yang granule on rat model and mouse model with deficiency of kidney-yang.Method:The pharmacological action of the yi-yang granule was evaluated in the castration of the rats and the mouse model with deficiency of kidney-yang were made by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone. Result:The experimental study showed that yi-yang granule at the dose of 2g/kg could increase the organ relative weight of praeputial gland, levator ani muscle,seminal vesicle and prostatic gland in castration of the male rats(P<0.01). The yi-yang granule at the dose of 4g/kg obviously prolonged survival time in hypothermia swimming and increased the organ relative weight of seminal vesicle and prostatic gland in mice with deficiency kidney-yang were made by hydrocortisone(P<0.05). Conclusion:It is indicated that yi-yang granule exerts a certain therapeutic effect on male castrated rats and mice with deficiency of kidney-yang.更多还原
