水平直线加速度对兔眼影响的实验观察
Observation on the effects of horizontal linear acceleration on oculus in rabbits
【摘要】 目的研究水平直线加速度对兔眼的影响。方法设置4个水平直线加速度负荷强度组,分别为单日低负荷组、单日高负荷组、14 d低负荷组、14 d高负荷组。用新西兰兔在水平加速度模拟装置上进行实验,采用裂隙灯显微镜、彩色眼底照相、光学相干断层成像及图形视觉电生理检查兔眼的改变并对不同负荷的改变进行比较。结果单日低负荷组、单日高负荷组、14 d低负荷组兔形态学检查及电生理功能检查均未见明显异常;14 d高负荷组形态学检查未见明显异常,而图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)在负荷后1 h及1 d出现N75、P100、N145潜伏期延长[(81.63±5.36)ms,(117.38±6.27)ms,(142.42±7.91)ms],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。负荷后1 h出现P100和N145振幅减小[(3.98±1.04)μV,(-3.53±1.04)μV],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除了N145振幅,其余异常均在7 d后大致恢复[(71.91±9.30)ms,(97.63±8.76)ms,(119.17±8.80)ms,(5.14±1.28)μV],而N145振幅则于1 d后恢复正常(-5.44±1.82)μV,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水平直线加速度对兔眼的影响表现为一种慢性的可逆性的功能性改变,且需要达到一定强度。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of horizontal linear acceleration on oculus in rabbits. Methods Four levels of horizontal linear acceleration intensity,i. e. the single-day mild load group,the single-day high load group,the 14-day mild load group and the 14-day high load group,were set for the experiment. The New Zealand white rabbits were used for the experiment with the horizontal linear acceleration simulator. Changes in the eyes of the experimental animals were detected by slit-lamp microscope,color ocular fundus photography,optical coherence tomography and pattern visual evoked potential. Comparisons were made in the changes induced by different loads between the groups. Results Morphological and electrophysiological detections revealed that there was no significant abnormity in the animals of the single-day mild load group,the single-day high load group and the 14-day mild load group. No significant morphological changes could be seen in the 14-day high load group. However,P-VEP indicated that the latent period of N75,P100 and N145 waves were prolonged at hour 1 and day 1 with the acceleration load [( 81. 63 ± 5. 36) ms,P < 0. 05;( 117. 38 ± 6. 271) ms,P < 0. 05;( 142. 42 ± 7. 91) ms,P < 0.05) ]. The amplitudes of P100 and N145 waves were decreased an hour after acceleration [( 3. 98 ± 1. 04) μV,P < 0. 05;(- 3. 53 ± 1. 045)μV,P <0. 05) ]. The changes in all the amplitudes returned to normal 7 days after acceleration load [( 71. 91 ±9. 30) ms,P <0. 05;( 97. 63± 8. 76) ms,P < 0. 05;( 119. 17 ± 8. 80) ms,P < 0. 05;( 5. 14 ± 1. 28) μV,P < 0. 05) ],with the exception of N145 wave which returned to normal 1 day after acceleration load [(- 5. 44 ± 1. 82) μV,P < 0. 05) ]. Conclusion The effects of horizontal linear acceleration on oculus in rabbits displayed chronically reversible functional changes,furthermore,certain intensity was required to induce the changes.
