垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)与原煤混合试烧试验分析

【摘要】 通过对2种掺混比例混合燃料实炉试烧的研究,证实了垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)具备良好燃烧品质;烟气中二氧化硫及氮氧化物的监测浓度均远低于当地现行排放标准中规定的排放浓度;烟气中二恶英(DXN)的毒性当量监测值低于GB 18485—2014生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准中规定的毒性当量值;混合燃料燃烧产生的飞灰、炉渣与原煤燃烧产生的飞灰、炉渣无显著区别;混合燃料实炉试烧结果,证明了RDF适合作为一种清洁高效的新能源燃料在燃煤电厂使用,以此探索出解决城市生活垃圾的新办法。

【Abstract】 Based on the research of blended fuel burning test with two different mixing ratios,the data of laboratory test and on- site monitoring illustrated that refuse derived fuel(R DF)is a kind of good combustion fuel. The monitored concentrations of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide in the flue gas discharged were far below the local current standard of air pollutant emissions.And,the monitored value of equivalent dioxins toxicity(DXN)was also much lower than Standard for Pollution Control on the Municipal Solid Waste Incineration(GB 18485- 2001). There is no prominent difference about the fly ash and slag discharged from the burning between R DF and coal. The experimental results of mixed fuel furnace burning test proved that R DF are suitable for clean and effective new energy used in those coal- fired power plants,and it explored a new way of urban refuse disposal.
