一种新型的垃圾气力输送系统废气处理方案设计
Design of a New Type of Waste Gas Treatment Scheme for Waste Pneumatic Transmission System
【摘要】 针对传统的垃圾气力输送系统废气处理工艺中除臭效果差、压损大及寿命短等不足,提出了一种新的废气处理工艺方案。该方案综合了滤筒除尘、化学吸收、催化氧化和湿式过滤等废气处理方法,能够进行自动控制,满足垃圾气力输送系统废气处理的要求。
【Abstract】 According to the shortages of poor deodorization,high pressure loss,short lifetime in the traditional waste gas treatment system of waste pneumatic transmission system,we proposed a new waste gas treatment process plan. This plan combined several different waste gas processing methods such as cartridge filtering,chemical absorption,catalytic oxidation and wet filtering,which could be automatically controlled and met the requirements of waste gas treatment of waste pneumatic transmission system.
