道路保洁机保洁性能试验研究

【摘要】 利用道路保洁机和设计的道路模拟实验台进行了2次单因素试验,探索盘刷和滚刷的交互作用,并进行了道路保洁模式清扫效果的验证。结果表明,在保洁速度恒定时,增大盘刷转速和滚刷转速可以保证保洁机拥有较高的保洁率。道路保洁机具有布局新颖,结构简单、保洁率较高、成本及功耗低、安全性好的特点。

【Abstract】 Through the two single-factor tests,this paper explored the interaction between the disc brush and the rolling brush,and verified the cleaning effect of road cleaning mode. Results showed that when the cleaning speed was constant,increasing disc brush speed and rolling brush speed could ensure that the cleaning machine has a high cleaning rate. The characteristics of cleaning vehicles had layout innovation,simple structure,high cleaning rate,low cost and power consumption,and good security.
