海藻酸钠-改性碳纤维复合材料对水中Cd2+的吸附研究

【摘要】 采用海藻酸钠与改性聚丙烯腈基碳纤维(PAN-CF)制作复合材料吸附去除水溶液中的Cd2+,考察不同吸附时间和溶液pH对Cd2+吸附效果的影响。结果表明,改性后PAN-CF的表面官能团增加,表面能提高,相比于未改性PAN-CF制备的复合材料,改性PAN-CF能够缩短复合材料对Cd2+的饱和吸附时间,增加Cd2+饱和吸附量,随着溶液pH的升高,复合材料对Cd2+的吸附量呈先增加后下降的趋势,pH=6时Cd2+的吸附量最大,为162.8mg/g。

【Abstract】 A novel complex material was prepared with sodium alginate and modified polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers(PAN-CF)as raw materials.The obtained complex material was used for adsorption of Cd2+in aqueous solution.The effect of adsorption time and solution pH on Cd2+adsorption capacity was investigated.Results showed that the surface energy and functional groups of PAN-CF were increased after oxidative modification.Compared with the unmodified PAN-CF,the modified PAN-CF could shorten the saturated adsorption time of Cd2+and enhance the Cd2+adsorption quantity.With the increasing of solution pH,the Cd2+adsorption quantity of complex material was increased first and then decreased.The complex material could achieve the maximum Cd2+adsorption quantity of 162.8mg/g at pH=6.
