Volatile organic compounds( VOCs) in mixed and pure cultures of Trichoderma viride and Phanerochaete chrysosporium were quickly detected by headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( HS-SPME-GC-MS),and the VOCs of different areas in the same Petri dish were identified.
