增强型中空纤维膜生物反应器处理污水

【摘要】 纤维编织管增强型中空纤维膜具有很强的力学性能、界面结合能力,采用纤维编织管增强型中空纤维膜生物反应器处理生活污水,研究纤维编织管增强型中空纤维膜(PAN-PVDF)长期运行的出水水质,并通过对其进行化学清洗考察膜的再生性能及其污染机理。研究表明:PAN-PVDF在运行、清洗过程中表现出很强抗污染能力,可以强化COD的去除,进一步降低出水COD含量,但对NH3-N和TP的去除贡献较小,将其用于膜生物反应器处理生活污水具备可行性;将污染后PAN-PVDF先浸于1wt%柠檬酸后浸于0.3wt%NaClO的清洗顺序获得最佳清洗效果,表明膜表面污染层是由以有机物为主的内污染层和以无机物为主的外污染层构成。

【Abstract】 The braid tube reinforced hollow fiber membrane possessed good mechanical strenghth and interfacial bonding state. Study of wastewater treatment by braid tube reinforced hollow fiber membrane bioreactor was carried out. The purpose of the study was to investigate the serviceability of braid tube reinforced hollow fiber membrane by monitoring the effluent quality. The regeneration performance and fouling mechanism were also discussed in the study. The results suggested that the membrane performed good anti-fouling property. Membrane separation could enhance the removal of COD,while did little well to the removal of NH3-N and TP. In conclusion,the plan of domestic wastewater treatment in reinforced hollow fiber membrane bioreactor was feasibility. The citric acid-sodium hypochlorite chemical sequences achieved best cleaning effect. And the membrane cleaning experiment suggested that fouling layer consisted of an organic favorable inner layer and an inorganic favorable outer layer.
