【摘要】 绿色经济发展离不开发展水平指标体系的构建,从规模性指标、约束性指标、激励性指标、保障性指标4个维度构建了发展水平指标体系,并运用熵值法与聚类分析对江苏省13个城市的绿色经济发展水平进行了实证研究。实证研究结果表明:江苏省绿色经济发展水平存在区域差异性,激励性指标与保障性指标对于江苏省各地市的绿色经济发展水平贡献度最大,约束性指标对于各地市绿色经济的发展贡献度稍低。在此基础上从政府、法制、理念等方面提出相应政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Developing green economy needs to construct the index system of economic development.There are four dimensions of the evaluation index system including scale index,binding index,incentive index and affordable index to evaluate the green economy level of development,using entropy method and clustering analysis to analyze 13 cities’ green economy development situation in Jiangsu province.The main conclusion is regional differences in jiangsu province,incentive index and security index play the largest contribution,obligatory targets contribution is minimal.On the basis of the result from the government,the rule of law,philosophy,it put forward relevant policy recommendations to promote Jiangsu province develop towards green economy growth pattern,to ensure the economy more stable and further.更多还原
