氟化钙污泥和赤泥共烧结制备砖块的研究
RESEARCH ON CALCIUM FLUORIDE SLUDGE AND RED MUD CO-SINTERING BRICKS
【摘要】 研究了用氟化钙污泥和赤泥两种固体废弃物共同烧结制砖,通过烧结后产物的氟离子去除率、铬离子去除率、抗压强度3个指标来评价烧结产物的性能。实验结果表明:当氟化钙污泥与赤泥的配比为1∶1,铝灰的添加量为7.7%,粘结剂的添加量为7.7%,烧结温度在1 000℃时的烧结效果最佳,此时对应的氟离子去除率为96.28%,铬离子去除率为89.49%,抗压强度为13.40 MPa,适合做基础路面铺建材料。
【Abstract】 This paper studied two kinds of bricks made by co-sintering of two type of solid waste,fluoride sludge and red mud,namely. The performance of the sintering product was evaluated by three indicators,fluoride ion removal efficiency,chromium ion removal efficiency and compressive strength,respectively. The results showed that the best sintering results appears under such conditions when calcium fluoride sludge and red mud ratio of 1 ∶ 1,the dosage of aluminum ash at 7. 7%,the adding dosage of the binder at 7. 7%,and the sintering temperature at 1 000 ℃. Based on the optimized conditions,the brick showed the fluoride ion removal rate of 96. 28%,chromium ion removal rate of 89. 49%,compressive strength up to 13. 4 MPa. This indicates that the brick is suitable for utilization of road paving.
