基于小型炭化炉的农林废弃物炭化试验研究
STUDY ON CARBONIZATION OF FORESTRY AND AGRICULTURAL RESIDUES BASED ON A CARBIDE FURNACE
【摘要】 由于环境的不断恶化,对生物质能进行开发利用是环境保护的有效途径。将不同的生物质原料在自制的生物质炭化炉中进行炭化试验,其产物主要是生物质炭和可燃气。通过测量炭化炉的产气量和生物质炭的特性,可以判定炭化炉的炭化性能。收集的气体中可燃气可达60%左右,炭化炉的出炭量达到40%以上,炭粉的单位质量热值比原料提高了1.5倍以上。该炭化炉的结构比较合理,炭化性能良好,对不同生物质具有较好的适应性,有助于解决农村秸秆的焚烧现象。
【Abstract】 Biomass energy is an inexhaustible energy,there is growing emphasis on the development and utilization of biomass energy because of the bad environment. Through different test materials for biomass carbonization furnace,the products are mainly charcoal and combustible gas. We can get the performance of furnace by measuring the combustible gas and the features of the charcoal. The results show that the combustible gas is about 60% and the charcoal production reaches about 40%. The heat value of charcoal is more than 1. 5 times higher than the raw material. So the carbonization furnace has a reasonable design and can provide a better disposal method for straw other than incineration.
