硅芯切割废水处理
TREATMENT OF SILICON CORE SAWING WASTEWATER
【摘要】 在多晶硅的硅芯切割过程中,会产生含有大量粒径在0.12μm~1 mm硅粉的切割废水,由于其表面发生水化,长时间悬浮于水中不沉降,也难以过滤处理,增加了废水处理难度,造成环境污染。实验通过在含硅废水中添加Na OH,使硅粒表面电性发生变化达到絮凝沉淀,实现除废水中硅粉的目的。结果证明,p H在12.8~13.2时,含硅废水可达絮凝效果,不需添加助滤剂即可实现过滤,为该类废水的处理提供一条新路径。
【Abstract】 In the cutting process of silicon core of polycrystalline,a great amount of sawing wastewater containing silicon particles with particle diameter between 0. 12μm and 1mm is producted,increasing the difficulty of wastewater treatment and causing environmental pollution just because they cannot be treated by filtration or sedimentation in a short of time. In this study,electrical properities of the silicon partical surface changed by adding Na OH to sawing wastewater,then the wasterwater was flocculated to remove silica fume. The results demonstrated that the silicon-containing wastewater can achieved affection of flocculation when the value of p H of the wastewater was between 12. 8 and 13. 2,without adding any filter aid. We provide a new way for treating this kind of wastewater.
