【Abstract】 In view of the great task of "the construction of top universities and top disciplines" put forward by the state, this paper analyzes the philosophical foundation of individual-oriented cultivation of innovative talents in top universities under the guidance of Marx’s individuality development theory. In other words, the personality of human beings can be recognized and changed, which is developed in the process of dual-shape of self and society,Therefore the paper proposes that top universities should reform system mechanism to stimulate college students to be self-taught ones. It is necessary to simplify the concept of individual-oriented cultivation of innovative talents and adjust the way of individual-oriented cultivation of innovative talents. Also, it is compulsory to improve individual-oriented cultivation of innovative talents and develop the function of implicit education in individual-oriented cultivation.更多还原
