【摘要】 社会转型期,经济领域的变革推动着社会价值趋向多元,价值多元不可避免地伴随着个体价值的过度膨胀,由此而出现的价值冲突在政治领域和社会生活领域发生着消解作用,影响着政治和社会结构的稳定与均衡,在国家、政党与社会层面出现了较为严重的认同匮乏问题。在社会生活领域,认同匮乏的具体表现就是公共精神短缺。由于公共精神短缺而导致的社会分裂会从根本上破坏国家和执政党生存、发展的土壤。执政党价值整合语境下的价值,其内在构成是以认同为核心,包括国家认同、政党认同和社会认同三重维度,分别指向共同理想、行动力量和公共精神。执政党价值整合的路径在于通过建构国家价值体系、建设良好的公民生活空间、强化公民教育来强化国家认同,通过强化意识形态认同、形象认同、情感认同和行动认同来强化政党认同,通过建构公共价值规则、协同个体价值目标、强化社区认同来强化社会认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform in economic area during the period of social transformation promotes the diversification of social value. Value pluralism is inevitably followed by the excessiveness of individual value,which brings about value conflict that has impact on the stability and balance ofpolitical and social structure and leads to serious identity shortage in nation,political party and society. In the field of social life,the concrete embodiment of identity shortage is the shortage of public spirit,which results in social division that may fundamentally undermine the existence and the development of the state and the ruling party. In the context of value integration implemented by the ruling party,the internal structure of value focuses on identity which includes national identity, political identity and social identity,pointing to common ideal,action force and public spirit.The path of value integration implemented by the ruling party includes the following three aspects. First,the ruling party must strengthen national identity through constructing national value system,building a good living space and strengthening civic education. Next,the ruling party must strengthen its ideological identity,image identity,emotion identity and action identity to consolidate the identity of political party. Finally,the ruling party must strengthen social identity by the construction of the rules of public value, coordinating with the individual value goal and strengthening community identity.更多还原
