【摘要】 目的:探讨自制持续负压吸引器在外伤性创面中的应用。方法:12例各种外伤原因导致的创面,其中1例伴有深大腔隙,经过一期清创后用自制持续负压吸引器进行持续负压吸引,3~5 d换药1次,观察创面情况。结果:经过1~2次负压吸引,12例中3例创面自愈,7例创面形成良好肉芽组织,经植皮或皮瓣转移后修复治愈,2例放弃负压治疗。结论:自制持续负压吸引对外伤性创面是一种良好的加快创面愈合的方法,简单方便、经济实惠,尤其是对伴有腔隙的创面可以加速腔隙闭合,促进创面愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application of self-made continuous negative pressure suction device in treatment of traumatic wounds. Methods: 12 cases of traumatic wounds caused by various reasons were analyzed,of which 1 case was accompanied by deep lacuna. After a clear,the self-made continuous negative pressure suction device was applied. Dressing was changed once every 3 ~5 days and the wounds condition was observed. Results: After the negative pressure suction was conducted once or twice,3 of the 12 cases healed,7 cases had good granulation tissues formed on the wounds,which were healed after skin graft or flap repair,and 2 cases gave up the negative pressure treatment. Conclusion: The self-made continuous negative pressure device is a good therapy for the acceleration of traumatic wounds recovery. The application is simple,convenient,and affordable. It can promote the wounds,especially those accompanied by cavities,to heal sooner. It is worth to be applied in clinical practice.更多还原
