高镁卤水生产高纯氧化镁工艺研究

【摘要】 为实现盐湖资源的综合利用,实验以运城盐湖复晒2 a的高镁卤水为原料,通过蒸发分离出高温盐,母液冷却结晶生产六水氯化镁,再以六水氯化镁为原料采用热解法生产高纯氧化镁,该法工艺简单,成本低,为盐湖镁资源利用探索出一条高附加值的工艺路线。

【Abstract】 For the sake of full using of resources within the salt lake,this paper presents the research of a novel high value-added process for the production of high purity magnesium oxide.Generally,the high purity magnesium oxide was obtained through a method of great advantages of simple and low cost,which refers to the preparation of high temperature salt from the evaporation of concentrated high magnesium brine that was collected from the Yuncheng salt lake and was insolated for two years for the first,the crystallization of Mg Cl·6H2O(magnesium chloride) after cooling the mother liquor for the second,and the final production of high purity magnesium oxide by pyrolysising the as-prepared Mg Cl·6H2O.
