激光快速成型零件表面清洁处理装备研制

【摘要】 用选区激光烧结工艺制成的制件,在烧制完成后其表面留有浮粉,并且浮粉与制件之间有一定的粘连,由于制件的强度较低,在处理掉这些浮粉时,用毛刷手工清理极易损伤制件,并且效率很低,为此,提出研制一种能够克服上述弊端的装备。本文介绍的是利用压缩空气夹带微粉颗粒撞击制件表面浮粉,以达到清除制件表面上浮粉的装备。

【Abstract】 Float pink is left after the part is processed by SLS because of lower strength and conglutination between the part and the surface; the part is easily injured when cleaning the surface with brush manually. For this,the equipment which can overcome the shortcomings is designed. This paper is focused on how to use this equipment to clean the float pink on the surface of the part.
