【摘要】 文献计量和内容分析结果显示,大学生村官政策相关研究经历了萌芽期和成长期两个阶段,目前研究正步入成熟期,进入质量提升阶段,实证研究正逐步被学者接纳。利用聚类分析和回归分析,发现质量提升期该领域的研究热点转化并为学者选题指明方向,大学生作为村官在新农村建设中的作用是近年研究的重点并将持续下去;大学生村官计划的可持续发展及如何建立长效机制、大学生村官的任职与角色定位研究处于降温状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on bibliometrics and content analysis,it is found that the relevant researches of collegegraduate village officials’ policy have developed throughout the period of infancy to the period of growing,and then entered the stage of quality improvement;the method of empirical research has been applied by researchers in study.Using cluster analysis and regression analysis,in recent years,researchers pay more attention to research the role of college students in new rural construction when they serve as village officials,and it will continue to develop in future;on the other hand,the researches of the sustainable development,how to establish long-term mechanism,and the position and role of college-graduate village officials are still in cool state.更多还原
