污泥弃置场产气特性试验
Experimental study on gas generation process in abandoned sludge yard
【摘要】 以某污泥弃置场修复工程为例,采用室内试验模拟污泥的产气过程,并对气体产生速率常数进行温度修正,建立了能够反映现场条件的污泥弃置场产气动力学模型。采用所建立的模型预测污泥弃置场产气总量和产气速率,结果表明:污泥弃置场的产气过程长达50 a,但是产气总量和最大年产气量均较小;进行封场设计中应当建设气体导排系统,可以不考虑对气体进行集中处理。
【Abstract】 Using the restoration project of an abandoned sludge yard as an example,the gas generation process of sludge was investigated through laboratory experiments. A dynamic model of gas generation from sludge was built based on the experiments and correction of the gas generation rate constant based on temperature,which can reflect the actual situation. The gas generation quantity and rate were forecasted using the dynamic model. The results show that the process of gas generation takes as long as 50 years,while the total gas generation quantity and maximum annual gas generation quantity are low. The gas-exhausting system should be included in the design of the cover system,but the concentrated disposal does not need to be considered.
