改性水滑石/聚酰亚胺复合材料的制备与性能研究
Preparation and property characterization of modified LDH/polyimide composite
【摘要】 采用原位聚合法,以3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(ODPA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为反应单体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂进行缩聚反应,制备聚酰胺酸(PAA),将经硅烷偶联剂KH-550改性后的水滑石加入到PAA中,最终预聚物经热亚胺化后制得水滑石/聚酰亚胺复合材料。利用傅里叶红外光谱测试仪、X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜,研究改性水滑石及复合材料的结构、组成及形貌。通过紫外分光光度计、热失重分析以及拉伸实验测试分析复合材料的相关性能。结果发现:加入水滑石后,复合材料热稳定性良好,透光性及力学性能得到改善,拉伸强度最大提高了约64%。
【Abstract】 The two monomers,3,3′,4,4′-Oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA)and 4,4′-Diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)were used to generate polyamide acids(PAA)in N,N-Dimethylformamide(DMF)solvent by in-situ polymerization method.The layered double hydroxides(LDH)modified by KH-550 was added into PAA.Finally,LDH/polyimide composites were obtained through thermal imidization.The structure,composition and morphology of composites were characterized by fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Using UV-Vis spectroscopy,thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)and tensile tests studied composites’ properties.The results showed that composites had good thermal stability,transmittance and mechanical property were improved,the tensile strength enhanced to 64%.
