Bi掺杂TiO2/高岭土光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能研究
Study on preparation and photocatalytic activity of bismuth-doped TiO2/kaolin composite photocatalyst
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸四丁酯为原料、高岭土为载体制备了铋掺杂TiO2/高岭土(Bi-TiO2/kaolin)复合光催化剂,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法对Bi-TiO2/kaolin复合光催化剂进行了表征,并利用其光催化降解结晶紫,考察了掺杂比、光照时间、pH值和催化剂用量等因素的影响。结果表明,在BiCl3与TiO2的质量比为3∶10,光照时间为100min,催化剂用量为2.5g时,对结晶紫的去除率为91.4%。
【Abstract】 Bismuth-doped TiO2/kaolin composite photocatalyst was synthesized with tetrabutyltitanate,ferricnitrate and kaolin by sol-gel method.The samples were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and SEM respectively,and empolyed on photocatalysis for degradation of crystal violet.The influence factors,doping ratio,irradiation time,pH and catalyst dosage were discussed.The results indicated that removal rate got to 91.4% when the optimum conditions for photocatalysis degradation of crystal violet were 3∶10of doping ratio,100 min of irradiation time,2.5g of catalyst dosage.
