提拉法制备自清洁型Ag/AgCl/GO表面增强拉曼基底
Synthesis of self-cleaning type and surface enhanced Raman scattering Ag/AgCl/GO substrate by dip-coating method
【摘要】 采用化学还原法制备Ag溶胶,采用水热法制备AgCl溶胶,利用提拉法在石英基片上通过交替提拉氧化石墨烯(GO)、Ag溶胶、AgCl溶胶,制备出了Ag/AgCl/GO复合薄膜并可用作表面增强拉曼基底。采用SEM,XRD,UVVis以及激光拉曼光谱测试仪对复合薄膜的成分、结构及性能进行表征。结果表明,通过提拉法成功地制备出了Ag/AgCl/GO复合薄膜,Ag/AgCl/GO复合薄膜具有较强的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)性能和可见光光催化性能;AgCl的引入使得Ag/AgCl/GO复合薄膜具有自清洁性能,自清洁性能使得基底可以重复利用。
【Abstract】 Ag colloidal solution was obtained via sol-gel method and AgCl colloidal solution was obtained via hydrothermal method,followed by mixing with GO solution via dip-coating method to obtain Ag/AgCl/GO nanocomposite films,which can be used as surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrates.The films structure and properties were studied by means of SEM,XRD,UV-Vis,and Raman spectrometer.The results showed that Ag/AgCl/GO films were prepared successfully by dip-coating method,and had optimized SERS activity and photocatalytic activity under visible light.As the introduction of AgCl,the films had high efficient and stable photocatalytic activity,which leaded to the recycling of obtained Ag/AgCl/GO SERS substrates.
